Basic Service Plan

The Basic Service Plan would include a regularly scheduled visit to your home with a visual inspection of both the interior and exterior of the house and the surrounding grounds.  This inspection would be followed with a report of my findings that will be emailed to you on the same day.  The report will be enhanced with digital photos of any problems or concerns and followed up with recommendations for solutions to correct the problem.  The inspection checklist can be customized to accommodate your particular needs.

A sample checklist could include:

INTERIOR

*  Verify all windows and doors are securly locked and that there is no forced entry or damage

*  Check that the alarm system is set and functioning properly

*  Visual inspection of overall cleanliness and condition of rooms

*  Check for evidence of obvious water leaks from internal sources (interior plumbing, appliances, hot water heater) and from external sources (ceiling, skylights, windows, doors).

*  Visual inspection for evidence of pests, insects, or rodents

*  Run faucets in sinks, tubs, and showers.  Flush toilets

*  Check appliances for proper operation (refrigerator, freezers, hot water heaters)

*  Check electrical panel for tripped breakers and reset 

*  Check thermostats for proper settings

*  Check smoke detectors for proper operation

EXTERIOR

*  Walk the perimeter of the home and of the property

*  Visually inspect the roof and gutters from the ground

*  Check for signs of pests, insects, or rodents

*  Remove mail, newspapers or other deliveries and secure them inside the house

*  Visually inspect landscaping, lawn and/or garden condition to monitor vendor services

*  Check for signs of needed repair or maintenance to any portion of the house or property


Your home will be secured and the alarms reset upon completion of the inspection


BASIC SERVICE PLAN:

Weekly visits (4 x a month)  $160

Bi Monthly visits (2 x a month)  $120

One visit a month  $60 

Short term visits (Vacationing owners) $50 per visit

Hourly rate (contracted on an “as needed” basis: $50 per hour
